The family of Kallur Mana, a marvel in its own, is engaged in the practice of thantric and vedic rituals, mastered by primeval Indian saints. Our tradition dates back to 1600 years.

The Legend has it that after Sage Parasuraman raised the land of Kerala from the Arabian sea, he divided it into 4 thalis and 64 gramams (villages), and set up temples. He assigned four Namboothiri families to do the thantric, maantrik and vedic kriyas and Kallur Mana is one among them.

​​​​Kallur Mana is known for astrology, thantra, san-mantravada (application of chants in a fixed frequency for a good cause) and treating mental/emotional health disorders. Kallur Mana practices only Sadmanthravaadam applying satvik methods to bring in positive energy and thus eliminating evil forces. ​
