Cancellation Policy

* Those who are opting an astrology reading online, MUST dedicate their time ONLY to the session with no distractions like, office works, doing household chores, driving, etc. * Please make sure that you are available 5 minutes before the session, and a maximum of 10 minutes delay is allowed in case of unavoidable situations. * Provide a valid phone number on which we can reach for you. * THOSE WHO ARE NOT FIT TO ENTER A TEMPLE (Mourning, menstrual times, etc.) ARE REQUESTED TO WAIT FOR THE RIGHT TIME TO VISIT KALLUR MANA. ക്ഷേത്രദർശനം സാധ്യമല്ലാത്ത സമയം ഒഴിവാക്കുക * A booking is accepted for one single person only for the selected time slot. * Anyone who comes with and wish to check for him/her, has to book individually. നിശ്ചിതസമയത്ത് ഒരു ജാതകം/ പ്രശ്നം മാത്രമേ നോക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. ഒന്നിൽ കൂടുതൽ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അടുത്ത time slot ബുക്ക് ചെയ്യാം. * Cancellations are not entertained but allowed by contacting us over the phone. * Any cancellation/modification from our side due to unforeseen incidents will be informed over the phone by SMS or call. ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ വരാൻ കഴിയില്ലെങ്കിൽ മുൻകൂട്ടി അറിയിക്കുക. കല്ലൂർ മനയിൽ അവിചാരിത കാരണങ്ങളാൽ അസൗകര്യമുണ്ടായാൽ ഫോൺ മുഖേന അറിയിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
